VILLA MIRADOR

About the property

Villa Mirador is a charming Mediterranean villa set on a hillside above Cala d’Aigua Xelida, offering breathtaking panoramic sea views and a peaceful natural setting surrounded by mature gardens and pine trees.

Designed for families and groups seeking privacy and relaxation, the villa combines comfortable living spaces with one of the most privileged viewpoints on the Costa Brava, overlooking the coastline and Mediterranean Sea.

The interiors have been thoughtfully decorated with a distinctive coastal character, featuring carefully selected furnishings, nautical touches, and Mediterranean influences that reflect the villa’s close connection to the sea. The result is a home that feels warm, welcoming, and full of personality rather than a typical holiday rental.

Outside, the property extends across approximately 2,000m² of terraced Mediterranean gardens, creating multiple spaces for outdoor dining, reading, relaxation, and enjoying the surrounding landscape.

The swimming pool is beautifully integrated into the natural rock formations of the hillside, creating a unique setting where guests can enjoy the views, tranquillity, and natural beauty of the Costa Brava.

Location

Explore the Area

Villa Mirador enjoys a privileged position above Cala d’Aigua Xelida, one of the Costa Brava’s most spectacular natural coves. Known for its turquoise waters, dramatic rock formations, and exceptional snorkelling, this protected corner of the coastline remains one of the area's best-kept secrets.

From the villa, guests can easily access the Camí de Ronda coastal path, which winds through pine forests and cliff-top viewpoints towards Tamariu, Aiguablava, and some of the region’s most beautiful hidden coves. The area is particularly popular for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and exploring the coastline by boat.

The nearby village of Tamariu retains the charm of a traditional fishing village, with a relaxed beachfront atmosphere and several excellent restaurants. Local favourites include El Palanqui for Mediterranean cuisine and grilled seafood, La Vermuteria de Tamariu for tapas and vermouth by the sea, and Es Portió for dining directly on the waterfront.

Beyond the coastline, guests can explore the medieval villages of Begur, Pals, and Peratallada, visit local wineries and olive oil producers, browse traditional weekly markets, or enjoy cycling through the Empordà countryside.

Golf enthusiasts will find several renowned courses within easy reach, including Golf de Pals , one of the oldest courses on the Costa Brava, and Empordà Golf , offering two championship courses surrounded by pine forests and natural landscapes.
