The sleeping accommodation includes 3 en-suite bedrooms, 3 additional bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, and a fully independent studio with its own kitchenette, shower room, WC, and double bed.
Bright interiors and generous living spaces create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the house, while the open-plan living and dining areas are ideal for family meals, celebrations, and spending time together after a day exploring the coastline.

Don Benito is particularly well suited to larger families and multi-generational groups looking for a comfortable and practical holiday home close to beaches, restaurants, and outdoor activities.
The independent studio provides additional flexibility for grandparents, teenagers, friends, or guests who appreciate a greater degree of privacy during their stay.
The villa is distributed across several levels and includes a considerable number of stairs both inside and outside the property. This creates distinct living areas and separation between different parts of the house, but may be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
While the property does not have air conditioning, every bedroom is equipped with a fan and benefits from natural ventilation thanks to its proximity to the sea and elevated position above the coastline.
Parking is available on the quiet residential street directly outside the villa, where traffic is generally very limited. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
Don Benito is designed for family holidays and peaceful stays. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted in order to respect the residential nature of the neighbourhood.

Don Benito enjoys an excellent location close to the coves of Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna, two of Begur’s most sought-after coastal areas. The picturesque cove of Aiguafreda can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, allowing guests to enjoy swimming, snorkelling, and direct access to the Mediterranean without relying heavily on the car.
Just a short walk away, Cap Sa Sal Restaurant offers one of the most spectacular dining settings on the Costa Brava, with panoramic sea views and a refined Mediterranean menu overlooking the coastline.
The nearby village of Sa Tuna retains the charm of a traditional fishing settlement, with colourful waterfront houses, small boats, and excellent seaside restaurants. Begur town is only a few minutes away by car and offers boutique shopping, lively cafés, local markets, and a wide selection of restaurants throughout the year.
The area is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkelling, and walking the Camí de Ronda coastal path, which connects Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, and other beautiful coves along the Begur coastline.
Golf enthusiasts will find several excellent courses nearby, including Golf de Pals and Empordà Golf. Other popular activities include boat excursions, cycling through the Empordà countryside, visiting local wineries, and exploring the medieval villages of Pals and Peratallada.
